Release of Liability
I hereby release Sierra Sport & Racquet Club and Fresno Tennis Academy of any liability from accident, injury and or illness incurred (including Covid-19) in the course of participating in the Fresno Tennis Academy tennis training courts at 2626 W Alluvial. Fresno, CA 93711.
Kids must bring their own mask to walk through the clubhouse and walk to the tennis courts for Academy.
Kids must bring their own towel and enough water for themselves.
Water is not provided on the tennis courts by Sierra Sport & Racquet Club or Fresno Tennis Academy during the Pandemic.
